Bold variations on the Hawks color palette and some light distressing make these feel like they just came out of a pack of Big League Chew.

For this piece, the main thing I wanted to achieve was movement between the panels and illustrated elements. Music notes flow around the unit like the famous bats of Austin, and large-scale invite the viewer into the slightly surrealist landscape.

To create an engaging and inviting design, I wrapped the key art around the vehicle in a way that transitioned between daytime & sunset so it was a completely cohesive design viewed from any angle.

Using the Platinum badge designs I produced for 2025 and added in key elements for each of the characters. I also fabricated the badges with laminate, gaff tape, and various lanyard materials. The badges were sized to the muppets which was a fun detail.

For SXSW in 2025, the focus for window clings was art-forward, using key art to create surrealist landscapes throughout the venues. I focused on creating varied scenes that didn’t feel stale and incorporated movement and perspective to place the viewer right in the middle of these otherworldly settings.

Easy to pack in a bag and quick to reference, it was important that this guide be compact, clean, & easy to navigate. Layout strategy played a huge role to ensure all relevant information was included and visually engaging.

Using pieces of previously designed embroidered patch art like the robot high-five, guitars, and film camera, I created a dynamic visual scene that’s full of bright colors and energy, the perfect spot for a photo op.

Mirroring Film & TV’s access color of blue for 2025, I isolated an element of our key art and screened it in Photoshop for clean & elegant tie-in to the SXSW 2025 branding.

I created a package design suite for different gummy formulas, each based on a different character from The Wizard of Oz. The result is a unique and playful approach in a market that’s often full of very similar, aggressive-feeling labeling.

Utilizing shadowed & mirrored text to convey the fading of consciousness and in contrast, a cyan, magenta, & yellow color palette that’s almost shocking in its brightness, the cover helps support the idea that we can be fading away and full of life at the same time.

A simple design, friendly call to action, and easy-to-ingest business categories make this a great asset for the LDBA.
