These handbills were printed & distributed in Lockhart, Austin, and other surrounding cities.
Hayden always has a sense of irreverence when it comes to sharing music & images, and I wanted this to fit the “bill” (pun intended). Distressed textures and a warm, friendly font paired with images from Hayden’s travels make this feel a little timeless while still remaining visually interesting.

The Back
The back of this handbill was pure humor for the sake of fun. A lot of famous musicians live in Lockhart and the town is always talking about “the new person” who moved there, so this was a fun way to encourage people from other towns to come check out Lockhart for the show. It was a great way to turn the trend of serious music critique on its head.
